Apply now by filling out the form below. Individual membership can be paid in $100 monthly payments, totaling a $1,200 annual investment in healthcare at St. Mary’s General Hospital. Members enjoy several benefits throughout the year, including education and social events. Members can also bring a friend to the annual luncheon at an additional cost.

Payment can be made online, or by cheque, once your application has been approved.
